I suspect not, as it has the most recent titles, plus no narrator.

How come BBC Four didn't do it as a 'Latin Music At The BBC' instead?

Shouldn't it have been Top Of The Pops 4?

I doubt that there'd be sufficient material from sources other than TOTP that could be cleared for rights easily and compiled into such a programme.

I'm surprised the BBC haven't made a special TOTP programme especially for BBC4, something like TOTP4 would be a good idea, or if not a new TOTP programme, then repeats of TOTP2 perhaps.

TOTP2 did used to occasionally feature clips from other programmes (Old Grey Whistle Test) and even official promo vids (Bo Rap for instance).

Why? TOTP2 was not so called simply because of the channel it was on.

Steve Wright didn't do the Christmas 2009 edition either - maybe he's decided to call it a day? (Mark Radcliffe narrated, in case anyone doesn't know - he seemed to carry on much as Wright did, rather than put his own stamp on it)

Could be... although Mark Radcliffe did used to cover for Steve Wright on TOTP2 back in the day, when the latter was on holiday.
