The race across London on tonight's episode was brilliant, who would have thought that Hamster on a £1,500 bike would be the fastest? Plus The Stig using the Bus, Tube and the DLR was rather amusing to watch aswell.
Anyone else catch the sick gag of when describing Stig using the tube that he better not get confused by the authorities of looking like a Brazillian electrician????

I forgot about that gag, but that was funny, also liked the ringtone on the Stig's mobile phone, which was Coronation Street, that was ringing for a while.
I have just watched Top Gear on the Dave Channel and it is a show from just a few weeks ago on BBC2. How quick to Dave get each new series of Top Gear now?
Also they took an axe to the programme and edited out a lot of material such as the News section and other bits so to fit it into 45 minutes for ad breaks. Why cant they show it in full with 15 minutes extra left over for ads.
I found it really annoying. Did anyone else see it on dave?

actully it should only be 12 mins that was cut! as UKTV cut the ads to 3mins on a number of channels. News get cut as well It now old news and that will lead to cut 7 mins so there have to found a way of cutting 4mins some where in the programme!
The news is the funniest bit though really. And lets face it this series especially the news actually hasn't contained that much 'news' it's more the funny stuff. Why don't they do what they do with 'Have I Got News For You' and put the broadcast date on the front of the show, then there's no reason to expect the news to be anything but out of date
Viewers in America get an edited edition of Top Gear down to around 45 minutes, but Jeremy Clarkson gives viewers in America a special Goodbye at the end of the programme and there is also special links recorded just for viewers in Amercia throughout the programme.
BBC World used to show Top Gear in a 30 minute version with the programme patched together very badly into a 30 minte version, but now they have resorted to just showing 30 minute versions of The Best of Top Gear instead.
