How come Grease is The Word Results weren't on tonight on ITV at 10.10pm. Apparently, they had already been done I am guessing? and they were showing WWTBAM instead followed by Parkinson. In which case, what was the line up on ITV1 tonight and why did they change the schedule? :

The results were included in the main Grease show tonight. I'm guessing this is to try and keep the viewers watching to find out the result, instead of switching channel after the main show finishes and not switching back for the results.
This is turning into that mammoth channel abbrebriation thread over on DS! [/quote]
What on Earth makes you think that Inspector Sands? I was just replying to the following message:

As for the "mammoth channel abbrebriation thread over on DS", the thread you're referring to is called "TV Channels - A Shorthand Code", and is situated in the Broadcasting section. Have you read that thread? If you have, what do you think of it?
I was surprised by the short notice schedule change last night, but I actually preferred having Grease as one long show instead of a dragged out half hour results show later in the evening.
They only extended the main show by 10 minutes to include the results so it saved 20 minutes.
I was wondering how this affected ITV2's schedule as they usually have a Grease show between the 2 ITV1 shows so it probabaly slightly messed up their schedules as well.
I also see they have dropped the Sunday afternoon Grease is the Word repeats and have 2 films on ITV1 this afternoon (this isnt a late schedule change but they in previous weeks they have shown Grease is the Word repeats)
