I just read on the CiTV website that two of the best presenters have left without much notice! Shame really, the new presenters are no fun. I also noticed that there is now a huge ITV.com banner at the top of all the pages on the CiTV website. Not more corporate branding?

Last time I saw Danielle (bar CiTV) she was on 'Night Fever' (that karaoke thing on C5)... Tom was an OK presenter, actually, and he looked like a member of alt. band Gomez...
So this is why David, Leigh and Leah were brought in! But then CiTV don't need a lot of presenters now they're not gonna have their own channel (the plan was for a CiTV channel but that's now been binned, hence less presenters needed).
At the end of the day they are not 'presenters' in any case. They are in-vision continuity announcers, nothing more, nothing less. The fact that they are in a big studio with graphics popping off everywhere and music in the background, and they get the odd visitor to talk to, is irrelevant.

I believe Danielle presents one of those late night GMG Nonsenses like 'Red Hot Dance' (except not Red Hot Dance, something else!)

Out of all of them Stephen Mulhern is the only good one because he doesn't overact to stuff. Plus he's been there since CITV relaunched in May 1998.
It is weird because at the start of 2000 there was 4 Stephen (98-Present), Danielle (98-01), Nicola who wasn't there long and Tom who was only there for a year and a half! These people aren't going to get good jobs because no one reconisges them execpt kids under 12.
Does anyone remember CITV on ITV2 ? I thought it was a good idea that but they got rid of it.
Stephen seems the best of the presenters. I like the ones who actually admit to not knowing what's going on and don't try to embarrassingly cover it up.
From what I've seen of the others, they just seem to shout a lot - sometimes the CBBC lot are like that, then there's other times when they just end with a quieter (but not downbeat) simple 'bye'.
To be honest, do any Childrens' presenters go on to bigger things? 'I'm going to do grown-up telly'. That was the excuse Anna gave, yet she only turns up the odd time of Liquid News!
