As much as it sounds like it, I saw the repeat this morning and you can tell that it isn't what he said. Not just that the kid laughed instead of going "aaarrrrrrr".

It's definitely 'I don't know if I can do it'.

That said, there was an interesting trip-up on last week's Have I Got News for You vodcast - by Moira Stuart, of all people (albeit post-watershed).

Here it is - I will say no more than the fact that there is a hilariously unfortunate Spoonerism at the end.

I got a message telling me it's a private video and a lot of other videos with no blue peter in them Confused

I thinks it may be his accent, watching coast last night and the Scotish presenter on that said 'cant' and it sounded like 'c#nt'

No, he doesn't. He says ' fricking'.

Think about it - would it ever make it to the air in a family-friendly viewing slot if he had used a swear word?
