Well after days and days of promising it's finally here in London, although I have a feeling its only just started as there isn't much yet - but it's certainly blizzard like conditions as I can see it blowing in the wind...

Hurrah!

6:40 edit: And of course, soon after positng this, I went out... and it stopped! There has only been a moderate dusting so far, but a lot of ice on the pavements... and I think it got a bit colder in the time I was out...

South London... we've just had a blizzard - and lightning (an odd combination!). Currently about an inch of snow.

Quick note of thanks to Alastair Stewart on ITV1 London for telling us that flight information was available on Ceefax!

Very Happy

Yippeeee!!! Here in "It never snows in Newbury 'cos we're in a valley" we have just had an awesome blizzard with thunder and lightning. Well actually it was at 5.00pm but the storm knocked our power off so I couldn't tell you about then. It has stopped now though but we've an inch or so of icy snow . Great for breaking legs on!
