BBC's poor attempt at trying to appeal to the T4 audience but without Hollyoaks/One Tree Hill/BigBro/Totally Frank/Friends.

What shows could the beeb possibly show, a uk version of the OC would just be laughable.

So what becomes of Level Up? Will it continue with new presenters and change the kids who contribute(which was due in September) or a new format emerge?

Level Up was only ever a 6 month commission.

Nothing will ever be like Xchange on a year-round commission any more...

The female presenter is Caroline Flack - where do I know that name from? It mentions E4's coverage of The Games, but that's not where I know her from.

She did The Games, and as someone mentioned she was also rumoured to be one of the new CDUK presenters.

Wouldn't it be better for the BBC to be more diverse than C4/T4 rather than just copying ideas/shows.

Remember T4 was introduced to compete (i.e. be more divere and not copy) with the BBC's original teen brand - DEFII

Why couldn't the Beeb bosses just left everything as it was...

CBBC - 1515 to 1735 - BBC One
Neighbours 1735 to 1800 - BBC One
DEF II - 1800 to 1930(approx) - BBC Two

Thank goodness for that, Saturday Morning tv as we know it is still going. I was beginning to think that these kind of shows had disappeared altogether. I hope it is a good format cause I have always rated CBBC higher CITV.

I think they will do a great job. It would have helped if they had their ages correct though as you wonder what else they have wrong. Sam is 20 and Mark is 24, 25 in a few weeks

I quite like the idea it's coming from "TMi's glass-fronted studio overlooking London's Leicester Square " - would be something different.

Oh and should that not have been MTVs?
