The +1s closed an hour early? That's odd. Was their transponder space taken up by something else?

Perhaps at one stage that was the plan, but its launched on 507. Home and Health, which disappeared off UPC many moons ago, is back, but on Travel and Livings old slot of 210 instead of returning to its old home of 508.
