TiVo has added 103 but *only* 103

TiVo has added 103 to its EPG as ITV1ULS
It hasn't added any other channels in the 900's
So it looks like I will only be receiving UTV and no other ITV region (

I had 4 ITVs added to 103:

HTV Wales (the correct one)
HTV West (twice) - on 963
Granada - not on the EPG
