Has this ever been repeated? Which channel(s) repeated it? Did the Channel 4 part have adverts when it was originally shown? Was the promo the same on Channel 4 and BBC? Same voice over too?

No, neither, yes, don't think so, don't think so.
For what it's worth BBC1 showed Karaoke on Sunday nights at nine, repeated on Monday nights at ten on C4, then Cold Lazurus in the exact same slots a week later but the other way round. I don't think they've repeated them because, frankly, they weren't very good, alas.

A rare endcap treat for all who brave through the adverts.

Has anyone said when BBC 1 and 2 were live showing each other presenters who cross paths and talked, on the day on " Music DAY" one Late may day Bank holiday.
I have never forgiven the BBC for there utter stupid and incompetent lack of not releasing many parts of Scotland were not on holiday that day, so when there went around the regions, and come to Scotland, well there was not a lot happen but there were with some people who were working with the music being played in the background
I recall a Bank Holiday or similar when CBBC programmes moved from BBC1 to BBC2 mid morning, but due some weird scheduling there was an overlap, so somehow (possibly using the Pres B gallery as well as Pres A) they had a junction with both presenters on screen on both networks but they split with one presenter walking out of shot and BBC2 cutting to a different camera (or maybe playing a tape).
There were also a few occasions when the CBBC Birthday slot went out on both BBC1 and BBC2 when some major event shunted Play[School|Bus|Days] onto BBC2 so they put the Birthdays junction out on both networks so Andy Crane (or whoever) could explain what was going on.
You could arguably include this as BBC1 joined the Red Button briefly (and This Morning also linked up at some point during the Marathon Show):

Yes, about four posts ago. It was a Bank Holiday in Scotland, though.

It may be bank holiday but many parts of Scotland do not follow them as "public Holidays" which are decided by the 32 local councils
QVC always used to show their German channel when they were demonstrating a telly, but nowadays seem happy enough to show a random Freeview channel. Which can be amusing when they pick BBC Four when Charlie Brooker's Screenwipe is on air
Are we counting mistakes? BBC Parliament ended up on Living during an episode of Most Haunted - discussed here, but the clip has fallen off the YouTube.
Similarly, ITV1 ended up on BBC One during the first episode of the Football League Show, an incident which was documented, but again not in video form. Shame.

When were they supposed to do it, then?
Yes, it's extremely common for broadcasters to pool facilities during a major story, during the Iraq war you'd see ITN reporters turning up on the Beeb and so on. The same is also true in football coverage, I remember in Euro 2000 after England vs Germany, the Beeb and ITV showed the same interview with Kevin Keegan conducted by ITV's Gary Newbon, clearly he would only have time to do one and ITV won the toss to conduct it. Famously in Euro 96 the same was true with an interview with Gazza, where the Beeb won the toss and asked Gary Newbon what questions he'd like them to ask, only for Newbon to say they hadn't decided who would do the interview because he hadn't been involved in the coin toss and he was the "official ITV tosser". So everyone got T-shirts made up with "OFFICIAL ITV TOSSER" on them.
