This thursday sees the second birthday of the current news 24 set (hard to believe the flags have been gone for two years). So what do people think of the current set? Also news 24's 4th birthday will shortly be with us (9th november) Has it really been 4 years since launch cause it feels like yesterday.

Oh how I do miss the flags and the set that went with it, bring them back , if not to the BBC but to anouther channel, DW-TV!

The News 24 set truely is brilliant!! Having sat in the right hand presenter chair, I can say it is brilliant!! Its really warm and cosy when all the lights are on, which is all the time!! I love the current music and I hope it doesn't change for a long time! BBC News 24 definately has the best BBC presenters.

BTW Rob, When did you go and visit it, how did you arrange it, and how did you sit in THAT chair! There must of been a half hour back programe on!
The current set certainly feels warmer to watch on tv as i remember a storm at 03.00 during the flags era once with lightning flashing in through the windows. (they soon closed the blind).

The set is awful it look's brown, and i would like to see a little picture of the story next to the presenter.
I don't like the fact that the screen the presenters look at to talk to people is small, and the fact the sports presenter is in another studio.
The Music is the same old 'beeps' as all other BBC News shows, it is about the bbc brought some individuality to it's news shows, with more dramatic sets and dramatic music.
Some one with a brain please take over BBC News!
