I'm not too bothered by it, a lot of shows tend to air episodes out of order. SpongeBob is one of the biggest examples.
Yeah, they haven't aired episodes 10-12 yet! Madness. At least it didn't spoil anything from those episodes.

There's not much of a running storyline in SpongeBob though, is there?

In some episodes there is a running storyline. Like the 'Legends of Bikini Bottom' story arc.
And Adventure Time, which has a very big running storyline sometimes airs episodes out of order (not very often though)

This is just strange, a Second comeback is due. Details were just on the ITV news at ten.

Thanks for furnishing us with further details, barcode - an informative post as always. Here's something from Digital Spy of all places:
...although that article just says that ITV has endorsed the project, whatever that means.

Thunderbirds are go, again! The classic show is making another comeback - this time in puppet form.
Director Stephen La Rivière will adapt audio-only recordings from 1966, turning them into three new episodes made in the classic Thunderbirds style.
La Rivière will use the puppets and sets he faithfully recreated when making 2014 documentary Filmed in Supermarionation, which took a closer look at the production methods used in the original series.
Pre-production is underway after the Thunderbirds 1965 project launched a Kickstarter page earlier this month and passed its £75,000 target.
La Rivière said: "For Filmed in Supermarionation, we shot new sequences with the puppets using the old fashioned techniques.
"Whilst many of the methods used seem a little archaic and time-consuming by today's standards, we thought that it would be very special to do a one-off project bringing Thunderbirds back to life 1960s style."
He added: "Sadly, many of the original voice cast have passed away since 1965. However, thanks to these original audio recordings, we have new, authentic stories that have never been adapted for screen.
"This means that these old-new episodes should be the most authentic recreation of the 1960s experience as it's possible to get."
Via Kickstarter, the Thunderbirds 1965 campaign now aims to raise £120,000 to fund the first two of the three special episodes. If the project surpasses this 'stretch goal', a further goal to enable production of the third classic-style episode will be introduced.
Fans who back the project will receive a DVD / Blu-ray of the finished production, with other exclusive rewards also available. More details are available via Kickstarter.
ITV - which has endorsed this new project - recently revived the '60s series itself using CGI graphics, for its own series Thunderbirds Are Go.
