Considering its cookery and chat on two channels (now three) and lying politicians on another you'd think it would have a captive audience.

Not for a 'best of' compilation. It's never going to happen, but I think if ITV were willing to really invest in it a live Sunday 'This Morning' with Eamon & Ruth could do well.

Doesn’t have to be ‘live’ could be a pre recorded show but with new content. I suppose a best of show appeals to people who work Monday-Friday, but This Morning etc. aren’t appointment to view television it’s just something you’d watch when you’re off work etc. Can’t say I’ve watched This Morning Sunday but does it have any new interviews/features?

Watch out for a different line-up tomorrow. Ruth has had a close bereavement and will be away for some time.

I wonder if Eamonn will present with someone else or if they'll replace both?

I've read, acc. to The Sun online, that Eamonn will present the show tomorrow and will pay tribute to his sister-in-law / Ruth's sister Julia, who has died. The article doesn't say if it is on his own or whether someone will stand in for Ruth (eg: Rochelle or Holly).

Likely to be Eamonn and Rochelle I would say. They presented together a few weeks back and Rochelle is the favourite stand-in currently.

Eamonn hosted his radio show this afternoon so he might present tomorrow.

I hope Rochelle is on holiday. Sick of her on it.

I like Rochelle but she's been on a lot as a stand in. Would be nice to have someone else.

I saw This Morning a few weeks ago and thought there was an unusual atmosphere between Phil and Holly. Almost like the forced niceties between Phil and Fern during her last days.

I had no idea it's been rumoured they've fallen out recently.

Have they fallen out since their holiday together recently then?

They seem to be over it now as they're back giggling away.

I guess summer is coming and they'll have a break from each other.

Father and Son line-up today; Rylan is presenting alongside his “TV Dad”, Eamonn.
