I would be surprised if the sets are back to back. I'd imagine them to be facing one another with the cameras in the middle of the room, so they can be easily rolled between the sets.

BBC Studioworks don't own TC1 - 3 - the whole site is owned by Stanhope and BBC Studioworks lease back TC1 - TC3 which they have sub let to ITV Studios, TC2 and TC3.

Not back to back. Directly behind the "This Morning" window is the window for GMB.

That's not what it looks like in the photos.

They are two, separate, 4-walled sets in one studio. They aren't three-wallers with a central area for cameras.
Both sets can be shot 360 without seeing the other one. TC3 is big enough for this to be a sensible approach. Obviously the sets have doors and less visible access solutions to let cameras move between the two.

The fourth wall on both sets is pretty much an "unfinished" plain grey wall - is this one of the "less visible access solutions"?

I would have assumed that the This Morning set is probably built nearer the main scenery doors as that show is more likely to need larger things being taken in and out as required. I'll be impressed if they get a car in the four walled space they've built though as it looks pretty tight - I would've thought it would be easier for Phil and Holly to walk through the fake doors and out into the scenery loading corridor that runs behind all of the three studios.
One thing that has surprised me is the level of detail the team have gone to with branding the office spaces and corridors with the This Morning branding, as seen on Phil's Snapchat for example. In fact, it looks more impressive than what they did in the office spaces at TLS. I wouldn't be surprised if they've also established some branding in the scenery docking area outside TC3 too for larger items like this.

They suggested the car will replace the catwalk, and I think they implied the scenery doors were behind that so maybe that whole corner of the set comes away.
