They used a mix of Christine Lampard and Amanda Holden during Holly's maternity leave. Obviously Christine will not be around this year, but my guess would be that they use Amanda unless she had other commitments. I'm not sure how early BGT starts filming?

Edit: Oops! Considering Ant and Dec are also instrumental in BGT, there will definitely be no clash...

Love how you assume Amanda Holden couldn't possibly have any other work.

I like Julie but she's a bit too newsy for This Morning. I wonder if they'll do the half term split weeks in October where Phil and Holly alternate with cover presenters or just have Amanda and Ben cover again like did last year.

My hunch for Holly's temporary replacement will probably be Amanda Holden, Mollie King seems to be popular with the producers but the only issue is that she does Radio 1 Friday-Sunday so it's unlikely she'd do a full week with Phil.

So they've ripped off You Say We Pay with It's Behind You. Midday Money was a grand per answer back in the day - now it's £50. Disastrous today though with bad lines and slow pics.

That was in the days when calls cost £2 per minute, last as long as we want, and lines close an hour after we've already chosen the winner.

What was the pick a pair game that Phillip & Fern used to play? It was similar to The Big Breakfast's 'Ooh, what a lovely pair!'

Don't remember that at all but Pairs Win Prizes would be the name I'd go with.
