I wouldn't be surprised if they go for Davina and Ben, Rochelle might be considered a risk as she's pregnant.

Probably Alison Hammond, Rylan or Davina. (Davina is great on it).

Richard and Judy were supposed to be doing more stints back on the programme this year, but the ongoing situation may not allow for this now.

Looking forward to Eamonn and Ruth doing more days, as I prefer them to Phillip and Holly.

Utilising existing ITV presenters or those familiar to the This Morning such as Alex Beresford, Georgina Burnett, Josie Gibson Alison Hammond, Andi Peters, Ranvir Singh and Lisa Snowdon would be a welcome change.

Andi hosted it with Judy Finnegan in the 1990s.

Speaking of Martin Frizell, he did the MediaMasters podcast:

Was interesting to hear about how he made major changes to This Morning and Loose Women and also how they adapted the show during the pandemic.

Thanks for posting - I meant to just fast forward to the This Morning bit but ended up listening to the full 59 minutes. Adding that podcast to my list.

That was a fitting way to end today!

Just a shame Loose Women will have zero viewers considering they ran credits for 30 seconds.

They said a thank you speech to the backstage staff for keeping the programme going during turbulent times and played the full closing credits, which included all 4 of the presenters' names.

Thanks very much Smile

I think Phillip's emotion at the end of the show speaks for all of us. Being forced apart from your friends and family at this difficult time has been bloody awful! Hopefully, the godawful social distancing rules will be gone by September and we can live normally.

And let''s hope Chris Whitty (the CMO) ends up being proved wrong and we do get a vaccine before the end of the year because Social Distancing (regardless whether 2nd spike happens or not) cannot go on forever and the only reason we did it was to protect The NHS which thankfully didn't become overwhelmed in the end.
