Is This Morning at TV centre permanently now, or does it remain a temporary move?

Permanent. ITV ditched their plans to return to a redeveloped TLS.

Doesn't necessarily mean it's permanent though. It may be short term, and they may look at another location in the longer term.

Yes, that's what I'm getting at. I just wondered if there'd been any more news on that either way.

On a side note, it's a shame TM can't be outside at the moment whilst the weather's been (generally) so good.

True, but from what I've heard it's permanent. Additionally, there's an FT article which quotes an ITV spokesperson saying the following, which implies they plan on staying in TVC:
Quote:
"Since the original decision to redevelop the South Bank site, ITV has launched its new strategy and has successfully moved to new office space in Holborn and studios in W12. These provide excellent modern, functional and flexible working environments. By remaining in our current London office and studio spaces we can focus more time and resource on the areas of the business which will deliver greatest value."

Unless they planed to move further away from Central London, I’m sure staying at TVC is probably the most cost affective option.

Could someone get a cap of the new end credits used for today’s This Morning?

Brilliant, thank you.

Now could I direct the honourable members who frequently visit this thread to my mock end credits for said programme, produced a few months ago:

Long end credits - note the similarities:

Short end credits (which TM have used, but not in a lower third format - complete with a shortened version of the theme, which they also now have):

I like to think they've been inspired... seeing as they never used the graphics to close to show.

I absolutely love these ideas. I can definitely see This Morning using this sometime into the future!

Well not really as the inspiration for those mock credits were the shows own bumpers.
Turns out nobody had 2020 vision.

This Morning taking calls this morning from people shielding with an "expert" who clearly doesn't understand the shielding rules are far stricter than the lockdown rules, with Ruth having to correct them and add a clarification.
Turns out nobody had 2020 vision.

Back to the mundane for a second: who’s presenting the programme today?

I’ve just heard that my favourite Deacon Blue will be performing LIVE on the programme today. I’ll need to set the video........

Ruth and Eamonn. They presented Mon-Fri the last time Holly and Phillip were off.

This sounds like a completely made up story but I'll link it anyway: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-8418427/ITVs-Morning-wants-hire-black-presenter.html

I'm guessing whoever wrote the story has forgotten about Rochelle Humes and Alison Hammond who have covered the show in the past as well as Ore Oduba.
