This Morning

back when they had the hub this error happened a couple of times and it was powerpoint back then

Eamonn and Ruth are back today (yes, I know it’s Thursday) with the first This Morning of the year.

Meanwhile, there’s been a notable lack of Schofield Willoughby shenanigans during the holidays, as there normally is. No tequila. No drunken snowmen antics. In fact, someone has been rather quiet during the last few weeks:

Let me be the first to put to bed any rumours of a rift. There are no rifts. Phil and I are getting along fine.

Holly seemed to be have used This Morning's facilities during filming of Take Off in TC1. Perhaps she wanted to use her own dressing room.

I gather most of the dressing rooms are shared, one ITV Daytime shows have finished they become available to TC1 productions.

But if she has a permanent one available with all of her stuff in it I guess there's no point in allocating a guest one.

The uptake on this option must be rare considering how the dressing room corridors form the route of the ITV Daytime tour.

No credits today, just an endcap

The live trail with the Loose women will have left no room for the longer credits.

Would it be a viable alternative to have a large strap with a quick flip of the names of the key production members/elements?

I guess they want to make it look like the shows are rolling straight into the next one (despite having to have an ad break between), and on screen credits at the end of the show might look a bit 'final'...?

The LW trail at the end of TM was so sickly too:

Andrea to Philip and Holly: 'Thanks, guys, for an amazing show'.
Philip to Andrea: 'Thank you, Andrea, have a great show'.

Let's see if it's as sickly when Holly and Phil have to hand over to Ruth.

What would you expect them to say to each other?


Andrea to Philip and Holly: "Well guys that was a complete disaster of a show this morning, try better tomorrow okay?"
Philip to Andrea: "Piss off"
