Really good show and the major difference between Richard and Judy and Holly and Phil is if they screw up they don't giggle for a silly amount of time between themselves.
They put the show before themselves.
I have a feeling they'll be back on an occasional basis.

Surprised no one mentioned the announcement beforehand, with the announcer saying it was a bucket list moment for him:

Just used the generic presenterless titles.
There was a specially recorded bit of them walking into the studio at the end of the titles.
Did they do anything with the titles?

But but but what about Phil and Holly "the brand"?!?!
It really feels like 'proper' This Morning having Richard & Judy at the helm, doesn't it.
But but but what about Phil and Holly "the brand"?!?!

Saw one comment on Twitter that said some people just have "it" and R&J are such an example, even in their retiring years. Unlike erm...other people...?
To be fair to Holly and Phil their "style" is very 2019 - where the ability to look like you're having a good time to actually having a good time is of upmost important. No matter how fake it comes across.

Maybe they should get Fern to host again to really rub it in!
Maybe producers got them into remind them the show is bigger than the hosts.

It was a game on This Morning first. I can't find their final show, but it was on that show.
Quite fun to see them playing This Morning's knock off of You Say We Pay which was just as awful as ever.

No it wasn’t. They had a phone in quiz called Midday Money in which contestants had 60 seconds to answer as many questions as they could. You Say We Pay on Channel 4 was effectively the successor to that part of the show.
