TM used GMB's reporting team on location in Paris, including Susanna Reid, while Mark Austin presented the minute's silence.

This Morning coming live from a viewers house today, as much as I love This Morning I have to say the ideas are there though it looks terrible production quality today.

Eamonn Holmes was last minute cover for Schofe due to an illness in the family.

No, he presented with her about two maybe three years ago.
Is that the first time he has hosted with Holly?

That's always bugged me with them. Most people favour Holly and Phil to Eammon and Ruth, but I think the latter have far more natural chemistry (as you'd expect) whereas you get the impression Phil's encouraging Holly to give him another "beef dunking" or "ooranus". It just makes me miss Fern.
Personally finding Eamonn and Holly to be a good partnership, the gaffs don't seem as forced. Makes a change from the Phil show.

Couldn't agree more with that. Personally I've also enjoyed Eamonn and Holly this week for the same reasons. I get the same impression on the lesser rare occasion when Phil and Ruth present together.
The Holly and Phillip partnership isn't bad, it's just not as good as the Phil and Fern partnership and also I would say not as good as Ruth and Eamonn's partnership.
