I'm only being bugged by the "with Phillip & Holly" tag (which will just be a pain when Eammon and Ruth take over or whoever else they get in) and I've never really warmed to any of the theme tunes since they got rid of the saxophone.
Other than that, this is impressive.

In the past they've had titles mentioning the other presenters. In the old set of titles they had a version with Eamon and Ruth in the photo at the beginning. Or they'll have a generic version for Fridays and other holidays.

If they make the necessary amendments, then fair enough. But if it becomes "This Morning with Phillip & Holly with Eammon and Ruth" then it'll just be irritating.

I think what they need is titles for Ruth and Eamonn then perhaps just use the first scene of the titles for when other presenters host the shows

A direct ripoff from the Today show in the States - right down to the breed!
Exactly what I was thinking. New idea over here though and only some people will know of Today's Wrangler.
A This Morning Dog! Aww. This is shaping up to be a wonderful relaunch.

Hmm just caught up with this, having been working this morning - thanks for the caps. A few thoughts:
- Studio looks gorgeous, really lovely. But was Philip right when he said that it's the first time it has ever been branded outside. I'm sure I saw a photo that showed the 2003 era branding on the outside of the studio? I'll try and dig it out at some point.
- I'm really not a fan of the titles, I'm afraid. I just don't like the way that the running order is put into the titles - I know it's hard to do, but somehow the 'edited' bits look don't quite look genuine enough. I just wonder if this bit of the relaunch will remain for long. Strikes me as the kind of thing that a lot of effort is put into at first and then is quietly dropped.
- Also not a massive fan of the music - a bit 'clean' if you know what I mean. Not enough continuation in the sounds for my liking - but, again, I'm not a regular viewer so doesn't really effect me.
- Finally, wondered if the Boots sponsorship would segue into the titles with the same music. I really like that effect from the 1990s This Morning titles (when BT were the sponsor). Is it allowed under Ofcom these days? It seems to have gone out of fashion in any case.

A few years ago ITV's last Saturday Morning CiTV show also hosted by Willoughby introduced a dog in the last few months of the show and got viewers to choose names for it too.

Is it bad that it took me another few posts (even after Blue Peter got a mention) to realise it was the fluffy barky kind?
