That doesn't sound too bad actually, shots of the south bank, "viewers" watching and getting in touch, the presenters all together type thing with the features of the show. I would think they won't change the the theme at all or too substantially however with loose women's complete relaunch it could be argued a complete theme tune Change may be on the cards. Pure speculation ofcorse.
I really hope that the new titles are something similar to what itv did for 'where the stars live'. And like how it pans from one scene to the next, similar to the emmerdale titles.

Or perhaps it was two old friends just popping to a cafe for a break as they filmed stuff elsewhere for the titles.
I think the current simple integration of them in the titles works really well - makes it very easy to update when guest presenters join for an extended period. Talking of which though can't believe they're still using Gok Wan as a guest presenter - saw him when Phil did the 24 Hour show for Text Santa and he was awful.

I have to be honest I think gok did an amazing job. If anyone needs to go it's Amanda. She talks over everyone and that bloody cackle of a laugh......
Gok and Holly would be great together or maybe gok and Christine.

Considering Gok's experience in live and non fashion TV, he has done a good job on his cover jobs. However, I am surprised they use him, as they have plenty of other presenters at ITV who could cover. His appearances must have gone down well with the bosses and audience.
Personally, I think it is a shame that Amanda will be leaving shortly, as she is a lot more fun than Holly. Amanda has done well out of this year on the show, as she has improved hugely in her live presenting, which may come into use with future projects, and I am sure it has boosted her profile with the ITV bosses. Whilst I would expect she was picked as a good ITV face and not a threat to Holly, she has probably done better than expected.
The best duo does remain Eamonn and Ruth though!

Her language is disgusting. Every week they have to apologise because she has swore. And that all they go on about is thaf they love eachother and they are a couple and all that rubbish. I think Marvin and rochelle should be made Friday presenters. Yes they are a couple too but they never bring in up on the show.
