I'm not saying she did a bad job on This Morning. I couldn't as I didn't watch it. However I couldn't help but laugh at anyone praising her journalistic abilities - which in my experience are limited to say the least.

I never praised her journalistic abilities anyway, I just said she has that journalistic edge which obviously gives better interviews. Holly can be a good interviewer but sometimes she puts her foot in her mouth then looks like a rabbit caught in headlights. Thats what I was getting at.

I just have to say how impressed with Holly Willoughby I am today. She is interviewing the Prime Minister (sounds absolute car crash on paper!!) and I expected her to be sat there seeming a little bit vacant and like a nodding dog. Whilst she isn't leading the interview, she is having very good input and asking very direct questions and being straight to the point. Shes proving herself more and more each day and proving her initial critics wrong imo.

Disagree. Thought Willoughby did look vacant, nervous and out of her depth in the Brown interview. Dominated by Schofield, she only piped up to read some viewer questions from her sheet - not beyond most people's wit!

The other week, Willoughby introduced some VT about a woman whose family member had died, and had an awful time of late, and she stood there in fits of laughter introducing it. Nice Respectful Lady.

Holly's growing on me. The first few episodes I saw she seemed to say embarrassingly little, but she's getting a bit more involed now.

Did anyone see the singer Danielle Spencer on a few days ago. Thought she was lovely, I've been to listening to her music non stop since. Didn't realise Russell Crowe's wife was a singer.

Not necessarily- I never warmed to Ruth and Eamonn until last year. They've been presenting it for years, especially Ruth.

I used to like Ruth until she got threatened by Holly and had the ridiculous new wig, fake tan and what looks like a bit of work.

Ruth's current look isn't her best, her teeth look really unnatural now as well. Its obvious she had them whitened before but it looks as though she went to Simon Cowell's dentist during the summer break.
