It would be curious if Jackie Brambles did take on Fern's role, it would be exchanging like for like surely? Ironically they were speculating on LW whether Gaby Roslin would get the

Not sure if it's been mentioned yet but when the newly relaunced This Morning returns on September 1, Eamonn & Ruth will be presenting the programme for the first two weeks, with Phil & Holly taking over on September 14.
Peter Andre has also been confirmed as a new showbiz reporter, as well as new features from Linda Barker, garden designer Diarmuid Gavin and chefs Gino D'Acampo and Jean Christophe Novelli.
I think its stupid Holly and Phillip aren't presenting the first new look programme, all because of it conflicting with Holly presenting The Xtra Factor!

Interesting that as said Eamonn & Ruth are kicking off the series, I wonder whether they will launch with the new look from 1st September, or whether they have kept parts of the old set & will use the old look until 14th September. It would seem weird to launch the new look without the new main co host.
From the article on the this morning homepage it's interesting to see that Jason Gardner will be new fashion host on the show.
