Behind the scenes look at the refreshed set, with the This Morning set designer Clara Zita is now available on the site here.

Interesting look behind the scenes. I still think that some more things could have been done, especially with the 'showbiz' area that doesn't seem to have changed at all, & maybe replacing the chairs & furnishings in the 'study'. I like how she describes the kitchen set as new, when it's the same set, the only things that have changed are the pieces of wallpaper. I must admit that the choices of wallpaper are great at those alone add a new lease of life to the set, but it would have been nice to see a few more changes.

That wallpaper doesn't come cheap. £46.00 a roll.

Just found some This Morning videos on the Lambie Nairn YouTube channel, including the new Holly & Phil titles. There's also examples of all the different types of graphics: Showbiz, Style & Beauty, Home & Garden and Food and another video with just some random elements of presentation.

LambieNairn doing another good job with their graphics. They are the true masters of branding. I've really enjoyed seeing the new look This Morning. It has given the show a new lease of life. Music, graphics etc. are excellent.

Noticed a slight difference in the title music on that video... I actually prefer it! Must have been one of the early edits before the mix was finalised. Just think the echo effects on the final mix are a bit OTT for some reason.

There's not much of a difference in the themes, there is a slight echo, and added sound effects especially the fanfare with the film reel rolls down & plane flies across which I've got quite used to now.

Interesting to see that the design has come from Lambie Nairn -it just shows that they are one of the best design agencies around.

I couldn't find the other thread which has newer posts in so I'll just bump this one instead. Did anyone catch todays show? I think they completely blew the thought that Holly can't interview and that she has false compassion right out of the water.

I think she is doing very well and has given the show a much needed boost. I think had it continued with Phil & Fern, then the axe would have followed rather quickly. One of them desperately needed to go.

Who was Holly interviewing?

Probably referring to some of the victims of the child migrants scheme in which kids, told their parents were dead, were sent across the world post-war and ended up subject to abuse from those who were supposed to be looking after them.

I thought today's show was perfect in every sense. Humour (lots of), friendly banter mixed with emotion and seriousness. With ITV figures revealing that this morning's viewing figures are up 20% on last year, its safe to say Holly has been one of the biggest successes on ITV for a while and it makes for excellent viewing. Also, just to reiterate what was said during the relaunch stages, it think the set is magnificent and really suits the style of the show.

Along with Holly I think refreshing their experts has also helped a lot - just made the show feel much fresher.

I've enjoyed watching This Morning even more over the past few months. It just seems to work. I think the reason Holly fits in so well is she is a new mum and wife and so appeals to the sort of audience watching. I also like the paper/news review first thing.
