They Think Its All Over

The new series is just about to sart on BBC 1 with comic Lee Mack taking over the presentation roll.

It need to be good.

Hasn't been the same since Gower and Linekar left. It's sadly had its day. Now Seaman and Tuffnal have gone. And without Nick Hancock it's just ... McGrath and Ross.


Just not the same. Final series I predict.

Should definately of been axed when Lineker and Gower quit - and while I saw one or two with Tufnell and Seaman, signing up Ian Wright wasn't the right way to go about winning viewers!

Who the heck is this Lee Mack anyway? I'd never heard of him until tonight... same thing goes for that Andy guy who took over Family Fortunes when Les Dennis left... why do they insist on bringing in Z-list "celebrities" and nobodies to do these great shows these days?

Lee Mack is a sketch comedian. Best known in ITV's Sketch Show. He also had guest appearances on 8 out of 10 Cats and Jack Dee Live At the Apollo. Personally, I find his wit quite funny - then again I'm a sucker for sarcastic humour .

I have to agree, I think They Think its all over has now worn out. Ian Wright is useless - totally unfunny and plain stupid. Also the 'what's Jonathan wearing today' gag is running tired now.

Lee Mack was side-splitting on Jack Dee's show recently. He was the talk of my office the day after his appearance.

I would rather see him stick to stand-up for the meantime. Hosting a panel game isn't where I would have put him next were I his agent.
