I think Brekkie said he'd seen it reported that it might. I was just confirming where the 007 soundstage is.

Thank you for clarifying.
The Voice live finals are taking place at Elstree (George Lucas stage) and BGT is staying at Fountain - they're on at the same time.

The Voice finals are going to Elstree and not BGT? That surprised me as I thought Simon would want to go bigger with his show.

Although to confuse matters, according to Applause Store tickets, the early live shows of The Voice Uk ARE using Fountain Studios. I wonder if the switch to Elstree Film & TV studios, with proabably happen in the two week gap when Eurovision is on.

The rounds currently being filmed are the Battle Rounds. I think the set changed in the US version for the live shows themselves - though it doesn't really need to - but could be the same set in another studio. Elstree - and presumably the George Lucas Stage - is being used for Let's Dance at the moment.

Does anybody know the production company of the music for the Voice, e.g titles, beds etc? I see from looking online each version have their own sung country specific opening etc... I wonder if the UK will go down the American route and not have a country name in the vocal part of the theme.

Can you post links to opening titles from various versions cause I tried to find them on YouTube but couldn't Confused

Hi, here is quite a good collection of different series

If you type 'Voice of .... Intro' that's how I found lots.

God, that theme is pretty awful. You need much more cheese to make a vocal theme work! Wink The logo looks even worse in the titles than in the stills I've seen so far too - seems to be more about the forearm than The Voice.

The live shows are all definitely happening at Elstree - I'm working the Battle Rounds currently at Fountain and the set is coming out tomorrow night. They're building a new variation of the set which is bigger at Elstree for the lives in a few weeks time.

Do you know when the show begins? Also do you have any pics of the battle round set?

Wow! That's really exciting because Elstree is a massive space.

They are definitely making sure the programme doesn't look cheap, which is a criticism the BBC light entertainment shows have often had compared to ITV. Will it be in the large George Lucas stage? Simon Cowell will definitely be watching with interest.

Heard that the Battle Rounds went really well tonight. Could be a big hit.

I like the theme as it's different to Pop Idol and The X Factor theme which is quite derivative of the Idol one. I think it's catchy too, always thought so. I can see the logo getting spoofed with a middle finger/sticking up two fingers. And they can't rotate it like they do in other countries or viewers will get the two fingered salute and complain Like it though.

I do like the theme song, its catchy and easy to remember, It's a shame it's The Voice UK rather than The Voice of Britain although I imagine the UK bit won't be in the song.

BBC and the rest of the amazing people involved with this show will make it work. So looking forward to this now!!

I agree with you. The theme is immediately catchy and you can hum it after a few seconds. The biggest shame is that they can't just call themselves The Voice but America took that one. The US version was originally going to be called The Voice Of America.

It's obviously no way a final thing/definitive answer, but the clips online at http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p00k96j4 have the Voice UK logo with the theme just singing "The Voice" without UK. So it's plausible that they'll do it like that.
