I stand corrected! IIRC though ".tv" seemed to appear at the same time as the other new domains, so it was an easy mistake to make. However, with a population of only 10,000 and the imminent prospect of disappearing below the Pacific in the near future I'm guessing that most Tuvaluans aren't too bothered about an internet connection, let alone their own domain name!
