Very much a staggered approach to the FA Cup fixtures this weekend with 6 at lunchtime, 9 at 3pm and 5 at 5.30, with the remaining non-televised fixtures at 2pm tomorrow. Feels like the FA are trialing something there with so few fixtures in the 3pm slot.

This first happened last year with the new tv contracts. It’s for the benefit of international broadcasters and is why the international rights to the FA Cup have gone for so much more the last time they were sold.

Thought that must be the case - all about the TV audience in China rather than the fans across the country.

WTA tennis makes its debut on Amazon Prime Video at 4am tonight with a first round match in Shenzhen.
