Okay, this where it gets confusing. The EFL is simply known as the EFL (without a sponsor)
The Football League was associated with a title sponsor between 1983 and 2016. As this sponsor changed over the years the league too has been known by various names. Starting with the 2016–17 season, the league has moved away from having a title sponsor, rebranding itself as the English Football League (EFL), in much the same way the Premier League is known as the "EPL" internationally.
However each division is sponsored by Sky Bet.
The English Football League Championship (often referred to as the Championship for short
or the Sky Bet Championship for sponsorship reasons
) is the highest division of the English Football League (EFL) and second-highest overall in the English football league system after the Premier League.
So is Sky Bet sponsoring the international coverage? Or the Sky Bet logo referring to the sponsorship of the division itself. I think Ofcom will have to decide.
