The Saturday Show

Well,we don't know if TSS is returning or not,so i've started this thread where we can post info about whatever it is next week! Maybe they'll do what they did with fully booked and change it to The Sunday Show and have CBBC or a saturday aardvark-type thing on saturdays.

I suspect there will be a trailer at the end , just before before TOTP Saturday, or maybe the presenters of the junction will say something

Well there was no mention whatsoever. The EPG says Dick and Dom are on next week, maybe a repeat.

While I really liked The Saturday Show I felt that last years series with Jake, Ang and Simon Grant was a let down compared to the SM:TV-esque Fearne & Simon's Saturday Show of 2003 that was able to beat the real SM:TV and CD:UK on several occasions.

Hopefully a new concept for TSS will likely be coming back, just wait and see..

Don't panic!!!!!!! Dick and Dom are on next week, and then from Easter Saturday on BBC1, at 9am until 10.30am "The Saturday Show" is back! There, that's cheered you up hasn't it! It is followed at 10.30 by a new 30 minutes kids dance show presumably to co-incide with Graham Nortons Dance fever that also starts on Easter Saturday before Doctor Who! There, has that answered you question?

So what's the schedule going to be next week? Will it be an edited dick and dom? Or will it be repeats of dick and dom as they were originally shown?
I don't think TSS beaten SM:tv,i think it was half and half.

I watched the first 20-30mins of Dick n Dom before switching over to MoM, and they said that next weeks Dick n Dom is going to be a 'Best Bits' show, and that some of the clips would be ones that had only been previously shown on the CBBC channel.

As for the Saturday Show, I only liked the very first Saturday Show that was great. When they brought it back I was really dissapointed, it just didn't feel like it was even related to the original. It just felt like a completely different show with the same name.

I might watch the first 20mins before MoM, to see what it's is like. But no matter what I'll be sticking to MoM.

Its just not like those old Going Live days anymore! To think I still have the last ever L&K and Going Live on VHS!

i really liked Dick and Dom in da Bungalow, especially the epsidoe last year where they had "Hugo Myatt" aka Treguard the Dungeon master from the old classic tv series Knightmare locked up in the cage. We also got a good OOOOh nastty from him at the end.
I don't like the Saturdqay show anymore i mean theres not much you can do in a 90 minute programme it needs a full 2 hours, also i miss Jo and dani they were good compared to people like Fearne wannabe and irritating Simon. Dick and Dom is cheap and silly toilet humor and theres nothing wrong with it, even my french tutor agrees tha'ts what kids want. I'm glad te BBC stick by it even when it gets slated!!!!!

Snap! I find it amusing that Rik Mayall and Adrian Edmondson were promoting their Bottom programme on a kids show! That and the fab interivew of Matt Goss from Bros fame by Phillp Schofield. Those days are long gone but I like to think I could swing my pants and oh, have you ever stroked a weasel

These were the only times it was really mentioned so it might have happened again after those Saturdays in Feb 2003!
