The Prime Minister is on the show today and there's been some amendments to the set because of this.

I can see that there is no view outside so presumably the blinds have been pulled down, and some extra screens have been placed in the middle to cover up the blinds.

I presume this is to prevent any paparazzi from photographing through the window or to prevent any security incidents.

I would imagine it's a security thing first and foremost, must have been a ring of steel outside. Also I would imagine anti-Tory protesters would be making themselves known.

Did she get the whole show or did they run the usual format where all of sudden she was asked her opinion on her favourite flavour of jam as a way to link into a film?

When is Jeremy and his wife coming on?

Haven't seen it but I would imagine the latter. Hardly going to be a Paxman style interview on The One Show. Surely the idea is to humanise the Mays.

Which didn't work at all. Made This Morning more of a challenging interview for Cameron when he'd go on.

The One Show this evening was akin to propaganda and this is from someone who is usually level headed when it comes to BBC output regarding the party in power.

Presumably election rules means they'd have to afford the same opertunity to Corbyn if he chooses to accept or the equivalent airtime in another high profile slot.

Corbyn is appearing later in the campaign (and 5 other leaders are being interviewed by the one show)

I think the latest report is that Corbyn is going on, but it's just going to be him solo without his wife.

She was asked whether we were leaving eurovision and whether she liked Banksy as ways to link into pieces of discussion.

And I imagine between the fluffy questions, Matt and Alex may actually ask him some political questions which were hard to find on tonight's debacle.
