Ah, I'm not canvassing to be a live-telly presenter though or claiming I would be a good one Very Happy I wasn't trying to criticise Alex or Jason for nerves, I was just making an observation about their nerves. Nerves that are perfectly understandable, given the expectations placed upon them-- and the show being live too.

It's called journalism... The One Show got the story first, and then the News teams picked it up.


I know that im just saying its quite rare because its a story were publications were out outlining the changes reporters for the news should have picked it up before hand.


I just hope you're not suggesting that the news teams only covered the story because it appeared on The One Show?

I'm not suggetsing that its normally the other way around I was suprized that the one show team got the story first and that no other news network had already covered it but this was a good thing for the one show and maybe the bbc news didant use it first so that it was a exclusive for the one show .

Gavin its simple if you don't like my posts then don't read them there is no need to nit pick others spelling or anything of there posts and go off the flow of the topic which is breaking to of the forum rules .

Surely the point of a forum is to hear and respond to other people's thoughts, not just your own? Or maybe that's why you struggle.

What was the big hoo-ha over Pammie Anderson? I caught a headline along the lines of "Pam Anderson gives new One Show hosts a Tough Time". Couldn't find anything anywhere though.

The Daily Mail wrote a whole article on the fact that she walked passed the camera at the start of the show, something that didn't even warrant a post on tvforum (until now)...

If so, can I please ask you to start reading and listening to the advice and critisism you're getting from other posters, and stop defending yourself by just repeating your already stated viewpoint. Oh, and just because Danslink posts just as much as you doesn't make it any more appropriate, before you throw out that excuse.

If not, then you should be banned for being a timewaster.

Think that was just a rumour fuelled by tabloid speculation rather than based on any official BBC announcement...

Not really liking the show with Chris Evans tonight. I'm not his biggest fan anwyay. But all seems a bit arkward tonight.

Plus alos the stupid peaman running across the batter thing.

Mixed opinions, really. Chris and Alex as a presenting duo don't seem settled, especially since 'Jason and Alex' have been publicised more than 'Chris and Alex'. Plus, the 'run across the batter' thing was pretty dumb. Just give Chris TFI back.

I'm in no way Chris' greatest fan, but I thought he and Alex worked better than Alex and Jason to be honest.
