I know that im just saying its quite rare because its a story were publications were out outlining the changes reporters for the news should have picked it up before hand.
Did anyone notice that when on mondays one show they talked about the clamping ban it didant appear on the news until tuesday .

Err - do you think they don't book guests at least 2/3 weeks in advance?!?! Most shows like this will be booking some guests further in advance than that - but people's schedules changes, and guests drop out at the last minute.
If the story is true - it doesn't mean they hadn't booked a guest... Just that they needed to book another at relatively short notice.
