The graphics on the hits seem to be malfunctuioning now, they are flickering even more than usual.

Why does the channel have such cheap graphics when the "new videos" "top ten" and things like that have good ones.

Plus I've found contact details for the channel at emap.com

I think the HITS have actually got quite a big playlist, they just never update their MHEG. There are loads of songs which come up at the bottom text ticker which aren't on the MHEG.

Now call me gormless, but I am an avid watcher of The Hits and I have never seen any programme that can be described as anything other than a music video. If by "short-form programmes" they mean the "Most Requested" trailers and by "star appearences" they mean the singers are not airbrushed out of the videos" then yes they do indeed have short-form programmes and star appearances...
