Ian (godawful) Wright is being tipped as presenter.

I'd rather have the woefully bad John (awooga) Fash back in that case.

One couldn't have Ulrika back - as she does enjoy a bit too much franternising with the screen-talent, I'm told.

The investment in the, "largest ever set in tv history" sounds good, as well as the special effects laden games.

Hmm. Might need to think about getting Sky after all - provided that talentless moron Wright is quickly dropped as a possible presenter.

I was just watching a repeat of Gladiators yesterday. It worked well for it's time but things move on. Do they not have any fresh ideas?

Biggest set ever, you say? Hmm, biggest set before this would be The Crystal Maze so maybe those still wanting their Crystal Meth, sorry, Maze fix may yet get it. Wouldn't bet on Richard O'Brien reprising his role but who knows.

Hopefully it will be like the American version with updated challenges. I do hope they're keeping the old UK theme tune though. But probably not. And as it'll be on Sky, I can't even watch it.

Why was it chopped in the first place?

Not very often I think Ian Wright would be a good presenter, but Gladiators sounds perfect for him. I bet Helen Chamberlin will end up as the co-host.

As much as I loved this show, I can't see this going well. The only original thing about the show returning is Fash.
