Cant see this being discussed anywhere else but there is quite a good celeb-reality show taking place over on Channel 4.
It features 10 'celebs' whom have been in constant training for the last 8 weeks in preparation for this week long mini-olympic style event that Channel 4 are covering every night this week.
It is real fun and also has the big brother element following the behind the scenes action from the place where the celebs are staying.
Has anyone else seen it?
What do you think about getting Jamie Theakston and Jayne Middlemiss back together again? (they are the presenters btw)

I thought it is a great series and something different and as bobby davro said it has a purpose to raise money for charity's and has a purpose as its something that the participants wanted to do and that they have gained physical & mental strength and gained more than they would have done if they had gone to the jungle for two weeks.
Not sure about the content - but the production and direction are a bit ropey. Last night they had real timing and graphics problems - they nearly fell off-air with the Endemol end animation having finished by the time they hit it.
They also had real problems - cutting to spurious still frames from VT or still-store, and crashing out of VTs early, then mixing back to them...
Quite entertaining - but not pretty.
Tonight was pretty funny as well in places - Jayne Middlemiss would appear in shot with a contestant at the end of a race, but they then cut back to Jamie to update and then throw to her (I assume we weren't supposed to see her earlier)
It does strike me that they are stretching not much in the way of competition over quite a few days - 2 events in an hour does seem like a little on the light side...
The Games is quite a good series. Surprised its on 4 but glad in a way. I just hate the way the mens events always run over and the end of the show is rushed. Why dont they just start the mens games earler!
I cant believe The Games hasnt made any of the national news papers. There has been much more happening than last year's Celebrity Big Brother and is all for charity aswell!
Im well impressed with the series and works on many different levels!
The funniest part is watching Jayne Middlemiss!
All she ever does is repeat whatever the contestant has just told her but shouting it at a much higher pitch.
eg....
Contestant:"i done really well to win that..."
Jayne(shouting):"you done really well to win that.."
Contestant:"My legs are aching"
Jayne(shouting):"Your legs are still aching"
ETC ETC - that is all Jayne Middlemiss ever does is just repeat exactly whatever someone has just told her but in her accent and shouting - simple really!
It has been great to watch, and you support different people and will them on. Its been nice to see the same people take on so many different sports.
They should have done a weekly series focusing on their training each week though.
I would like to see a longer series. Hopefully it will return, and with live streaming! It has been fun due to the house living elements of big brother without the confinment, the games as everyone likes one sport, the people that have taken part in it, and the way it has been presented like a serious sports show wach night. It has been great, and I didnt know Sheffield has so much to offer, Ive been to ponds forge, but didnt know they had a massive ice ring facility and athletics track and field.
Will this go up to Saturday? As we have the hammer throw from the girls (dont know about the boys) and i'm sure each are doing a 100m sprint also.
I am alone in thinking that this idea of celebs doing sport may have been first thought of as a 5 day warm-up to the main day of 'Sport Relief' events last year - but the BBC passed on the idea..?
For those who are too young to remember - Superstars was a BBC series in the late 70s and early 80s where sports people from various disciplines took part in various competitions to find the best all round sportsperson. ISTR that judo players seemed to do well - Neil Adams and Brian Jacks?
