Dan really can't act. My dad said last night, "he's been acting in Bollywood for too long", I think the general consensus is he's crap and so was Madhur Jaffrey as the mother. Kareena might be good if she gets a good storyline, possibly move in with Kelly and Zoe, but I fear she will get an arranged marriage storyline which would just be one big yawn. The sons need some sort of spine, even between them. Adi must be at least 25 and he was cowering in a corner crying because of some old codger he could have knocked out with one fell swoop. Ash and Shirley=dull...taxi to Leicster, anyone? And then there's Ronnie, he's just so boring...possibly he could become a DJ in Ibiza and never come back.

Madhur Jaffrey put in a half-decent performance as Pushpa I thought, I hope she will make another appearance in the future, perhaps in the Ferreira exit storyline

Remember Ravi Desai in Coronation Street (veteran actor Saeed Jaffrey) - he too was criticised for overacting and being hammy in a soap, and he didn't last long, about a year I think.

Then again, Dev has been in Corrie for how long now...

Don't everybody compare Dev to David Essex anyway
