Indeed it is!I'm looking forward to it. Anyone know when it is due to air? Also I hope Screenwipe returns soon, it was rather like a more sincere, intellectual TV Burp, which I loved!
According to Wikipedia (hardly that reliable I know);
"The 5th series of Screenwipe is currently in production and is to begin airing on BBC Four in early November 2008"

Yes - and it's made by Charlie Brooker isn't it?

Digital Spy have been raving about it.
And here's an article about the show from the man himself.
Charlie Brooker article on Dead Set

Absolute genius!
From everything we've heard about new Big Brother-meets-zombies drama Dead Set to date, you'd be forgiven for thinking that Charlie Brooker's new project is a spoof/quite cheesy/otherwise preposterous.
It's actually far from it (aside from a ridiculously characterised executive producer). This is a serious drama, a credible horror, set against the backdrop of the Big Brother circus.
The scene where Davina succumbs to proceedings is particularly poignant - and if you were a Davina hater before, you may find some respect for her through this. (For the record, I'm not.)
The five ep series is stripped across Halloween week on E4, beginning Monday, October 27 at 10pm.
