Anthony WT signed of 'Saturday Cooks' this week saying a re-vamped version will be back in January.

good point that, but Mrs O finishes on friday.

I noticed they have started putting the ITV1 logo on the promo's now for shows which air on CITV on ITV1. I think it looks really stupid...

Now why ever would they want to revamp such a young, fresh brilliant programme?!

You got it wrong yet again ITV - face facts, swallow your pride and return Saturday mornings to how they should be.

Did anyone see the new My Parents are Aliens this afternoon?

They got around mentioning the previous 7 series, by making Brian and Sophie erase their memories at the start!

All the characters have basically been recast, it's the bennett family now, you've got moody older teen Jaq, intelligent younger teen Beckym who wants to be a vet, and 2 lads Dan and Eddie

Even Mrs Reece has been recast and is now played by her who was in Emmerdale and Bernard's Watch

And any reference to the first 7 series has now been erased from the CITV and MPAA websites, including all the old photos

By the way, the new series Bel's Boys which was on before it, was made by Endemol

Sounds like a series that should have been put to bed at the end of series 7. Atleast they didn't wake up in the shower to find the past 7 seven series had all been a dream.

is Series Eight the last?

also when will UTV show this?

will there start Exter epoisde at 5pm when sharon has finised?

Did they really show the rest of CITV, with it's heavy MPAA promotion, including 'It's Today' breakbumpers and then opt out at 4.30?

Not sure about the promos but UTV don't use CITV breakbumpers anyway. They just use the UTV one during CITV.

I thought it was terrible. The last episode of the previous series was the best way to end it IMO. This series is awful, especially by practically ignoring the last 7 years.

I have to agree, there should have just killed it off,

it would be logical for UTV just to show extre at 5pm instead of shwo crap like Funny anmails etc..

I think the worst bit about it was erasing their memories.
