It isn't going to happen...it would cost far too much to produce something like that, which is why H&S was dropped in the first place.
Which is the shame. In all fairness, I think I'd think much higher of the company if they said that so much of the revenue from itv play would go onto produce kids programmes rather than abandonning the whole genre.
Even in its limited, no drama and quite a few imports phase, it was still much more than what they have now, and even though the channel does look good at the moment, surely it's only time before they start to either run out of programmes to air, or repeat them. Until 10 years down the line, you're still getting the 2004 series of art attack.
It doesn't have to cost that much, surely the idea is that you have to spend more to get more. Doing things on the cheap never works.

It'll be less than ten years though, the speed things are moving kids programmes on ITV1 will be gone in the near future and that leaves the channel's days numbered in my opinion.
According to Weaver's Week on UKGameShows.com, at the beginning of 2004 ITV were obliged to provide 16 hours of programming a week - which at some point must have been slashed in half, and then cut down again.
