There will be a new studio for CBBC on the 10th March.
New studio - but new set? I guess so. Bigger? Much bigger? Still an office?
Well all they said was that you should tune in monday at 3:25 to see the new office. I not sure if they take bits of the old office and put it in the new or they are just going to move the office thay got now. I think if it was a new office it would be bigger now that the studio moved to the east tower home to the children department.
Where are they actually moving to, what studio, or isn't it a studio at all?
For them to mention it must mean that they are doing something, else why would they mention it, they would just say 'see you on monday', and move the set. No one would tell the difference. As long as they keep the idea of the office, it's worked very well, and suits Ed & Oucho perfectly.
Hmm, could this also be the time when the new idents/stings come into play???
Let's hope that whatever it is they set it up so that if a programme falls off air they can take live continuity from it, rather than putting up an Oops caption and just back referring the breakdown in the next junction as they did a few weeks ago.

I wasn't aware they'd mentioned it - I don't really watch apart from occasionally to see the pres. It is the pres I swear!
Also, just looking at the TV Studio History site - 'New presenter/puppet CBBC continuity from summer 2007. This to move to Newsround studio in East Tower early in 2008.' Newsround studio? Which one's that? The one for the CBBC Channel bulletins? Very impressive...

Noticed them using the old gunge tank from MOM on Swap Shop this morning. Speaking of Swap Shop, shouldn't the 13 week run be over by now or has it been extended for a bit longer?
