I caught the end of Newsround on BBC One yesterday and noticded Ed broadcasting live from the broom cupboard type thing (don't know their official name for it) and partly introducing the weekest link. Is this a regular thing now for the adjusted timeslot or does he only come on to tell people to switch to the channel?

Rocked up? Surely the current are already rocked up. Hopefully they won't change the actual tune, the current one is great. Though for some reason my sister and myself have found ourselves singing "C-B-B-C-DUH" before looking at each other and walking away.

I have no idea what they were up to yesterday but saw the last link on CBBC which had Ed asking Oucho if he was going to stay a communist, and oucho was waving a red flag around before singing "everybody wants to rule the world" It'll probably go straight over the heads of the kids watching but these two are about the best thing on TV right now in terms of entertainment!

'Rocked up' might have been hinting at the music too.

It was the last day of the cactus queens speech (it began on xmas day). Oucho didn't become king because his younger brother Oocho (sp?) did. Oocho is a tiny real cactus. And that's all I saw.

Those chins are back I see, with their very own jingles at the end of the promos. What did I say a few months ago about CBBC becoming 'Chin BBC'

Ellie Crisell left to go on maternity leave today. So as from Monday, Jake Humphrey will be presenting Newsround.
