The CBBC Thread

Well the sounds are deffinatly very nice. They have a certian CBBC ring to them Anyway, not long now.

Well at 5.30 This is CBBC! New Dog, but old look otherwise.

Preview is now up and running, though its still in the old style with the flying blob.

The new dog however is on screen, its the full logo, BBC beneath and all. It animates still with the letters quickly individually animating after each other. It animates after 10 seconds and then after 4, and 10, 4, etc.

The pre-7am trailer loop has a new DOG on it though the graphics used within it are of the old look still....

Interesting starting promo, and first 2 idents, it does sing indeed. Not sure if I like the lack of any personality at all, they even seem to be using a voiceover on either channel.

First problem of the new look, the old clock is still present so it's now beneath the new dog, oops, CBBC Two's clock came on in the old font and was then removed, yet the one under the dog is still on the channel.

Promo end boards look good too. Impressed so far.

No new website yet though

The clock is in the wrong place?

Very nice, much better than the previous. Can't help but notice the clock is clashing with the DOG.

Yep, though its now a 'This is a replay' old font, old location beneath the new dog.

Ed has arrived, though he sounds weird doing them. I don't mean him, or his voice, the quality is not quite there. It will be interesting to see him live later, any ideas if he will be on the channel before CBBC One?

I'm sure they'll move it by tomorrow.
