No they have not and I am unsure they are next week ether. Wonder if they have last min diy work going on, hmm...

Radio Times says they're launching the appeal next week, which seems much earlier than normal - usually late November isn't it?

Yeh but this years appeal requires them to start earlier as it involves kids making Christmas Cards to be sold across the UK.

Kids make cards, sold, money raised from buying cards. At least it's different than collecting something or holding Bring and Buy sales!

Could it be it's cheaper to use the garden rather than use the studio? It's nice to see them using the garden however. The appeal sounds very interesting!

Budget. The garden is free to use. TC2 is not.

I think the cats are currently animatronic and when they move to Manchetser they will be done with CGI so this shouldn't be a problem.

They carry on with umbrellas. Seriously. The CBBC interactive links seemed to be shot in the Blue Peter garden in last week's package, in torrential rain.
