Maybe a refresh will come when a certain man & a certain cactus reappear.
I quite like the 3D version of the logo, if they had a refresh then that's a good starting point.

I like the tweaks they've done to the studio, the colours by the sofa area makes me think it was done for HD filming. I have a feeling this was one of the pre-recorded episodes as there was no sign of the live DOG and they just had a standard TMi logo rotating, also during one scene the block windows were totally dark!
Sam and Mark did a great job.

A fairly decent show! I loved the intro, thought the new games were good, and I really like the set tweaks! Although the problem for me was that it was painfully obvious the programme was pre-recorded, and I thought Serious Gameshow wasn't as good as in Series 3. It also seems strange CBBC emphasises the importance of multi-platform programming, and yet TMi doesn't have a dedicated website? Hopefully audience interactivity will improve once TMi becomes live again. I think it'll take some getting used to without Caroline, but I thought Sam and Mark did a great job nonetheless! Keep it up TMi!

It was a very strong start to the series. It's nice to have more than one guest on the show.
I was never a fan of serious gameshow in the past few series, but it wasn't bad.
The new games of Are you Scareder than a 10 yr old & Hole in the Total Wipeout Cube were great games & good improvements. The sketches were good & Raven was a great guest.
The show feels like it is missing something without Caroline, but Same & Mark handled it well alone.
The new cartoons were great, a massive improvement on Lockie Leonard that was shown last year. The opening to the new series was good how they picked up on people loving series 1, not being fans of series 2 & how series 3 should never have happened.
Going back to the interactivity side of things, they promoted the website a lot for there not to be one, could it be that it just hasn't gone live yet? I think the interactivity was what made series 1, the phone in games & how easy it was to join in, shortly followed by the individual webspaces that came with series 2.
Good start, lets see where episode 2 takes us.

Nope, it's a standing set, they just can't afford to do them all live.
Is another show using studio 9? hence the pre-records?
