I hope there's less mention of High School Musical in this series of TMi, that was the only thing that annoyed me slightly last series.

But isn't that what the target audience were into though? I wouldn't have a clue as whilst I like TMi, I'm about 20 years out of their target range for the show! Still they do have their mainstay guests of McFly on the first show.

Looks like phone-ins are back. One of the new games for series 3 is called "Lawn of Horror" which will be played by through a telephone:

CBBC Gold...
Toby Antsis from the new make shift Broom Cupboard reads out the new website address for CBBC although slight problem in this as the clip is from 1995, the website is a little bit on the long side!

But not on the programmes, just the studio links.

So to get onto the CBBC site in 1995 you had to type www.bbcnc.org.uk/bbctv/childrens/presentation. What a mouthful, thank goodness things became a lot easier with bbc.co.uk.

"We now have a world wide web...page...on the internet". Absolutely hilarious clip!

I'd forgotten about that set they had at the time, for some reason the broom cupboard's stuck in my mind more despite being earlier. I remember the outdoor set they had that summer though.

That goes for programmes as well as presentation...

TMi is still coming from TC9 and it was still 90 minutes, same as last year so why listing sites are showing it an hour is beyond me. Got some new opening titles, they had the same graphics as last year but new shots of Sam, Caroline and Mark. It looks like they have a proper stage area between the grey monitors so we might have a few performances this series.

I also noticed a new directors name at the end of the credits.

When it comes presentation I might disagree with you there Razz

Also for some reason TMi felt very dull/safe today..

To be honest, I did prefer series 1 of TMi, the location, the timing, the way it felt like a homegrown show, unscripted... the only thing I didn't like was Mark's short hair.

Those new coming up graphics reminded me of the switch window feature on Windows Vista!
