On UTV, Gillian has been warning of strong language and adult content at almost every ad break so far. They have been read out over a static slide of the Brits 2007 logo.
Strange, the network haven't done that.
Are they more easilly shocked in NI
Well there's no point is there, they're censoring out any naughty words.
Nothing spectacular but still the best 'Brit Awards' in years. Considering no one in the room ever listens to the host at the Brit's Russel is still getting more laughs then Jonathon Ross did at the Bafta's this week - where people had no choice but to listen to him. He really did bomb.
The censoring is a bit odd, unless everyone is launching into a tirade of the C word, unless the microphones really are on the blink. I wouldn't have expected Mark Owen to swear!
Interesting how when they pull the audio you can still hear some sort of background noise, like it's a mic in the bogs or something!!
What HAS happened to Liam Gallagher?! He sounds like he's taking a dump whilst singing. And has he got enough monitors?!?? Shame he hasn't learned any new tricks - still has to swear to get attention.
Edit: In response to above posts, the rules are different if a programme starts before the watershed, even if it passes the 9pm threshold. I suspect these people are either saynig something potentiall libellous are they are indeed using "the C word"!
Ofcom have almost ruined Oasis performance. When it goes muffled like that it sounds like someone holding a hand mic through the doors or someone dropping it in a bath.
