It's highly likely that the episode will be in real-time, to explain why a character can't be in a car chase and suddenly appear in an office. Interesting
I have not watched The Bill for ages and ages. A long time ago when it was just about the PC's on the beat, I watched it, but when it was all about CID, and all those who don’t wear uniform, I just got bored. I never really knew The Bill was really that popular. Today I overheard two women at the supermarket talking about it, so it must still interest lots then.
I still want to know how live is live tonight? It’ll more likely be recorded as live. I bet they do it from 7:45 to 8:45 and we see it 8pm till 9pm. Just like Big Brother on Fridays when that’s 10/15 minutes in front before going on air.
Also, Is anyone going to watch THE BILL first ever episode on ITV2 after? I thought ITV1 want everyone to stay with them for Holiday Showdown, which they have been heavily promoting all week on lots of channels. Do they want Digital Bill viewers to turn off from ITV1 to 2 or something?? What shell I watch?? The Bill first episode, which will be interesting to see or that Holiday Showdown??? If only Sweet Medicine was still on at 9pm, then I would not be stuck in a dilemma, as I would choose ITV2.
They did actually show what appeared to be a rehershal in action at the end of last nights episode and gave some info about what's happening. I can't remember the exact words but I'm sure they said there was going to be a gallery team in each location - or something to that effect.. (I just remember that as they had a shot of the gallery up at the time)
I wonder if they will kill Cathy off tonight ? she has been axed and a few others are on their way too .ITV told them at sunhill to beef up the story lines.
I don't think it's been that bad so far. It was so obvious that it was live it just has that live feeling to it. Kathy did get a bit confused on one of her lines but nothing like forgetting it alltogether.
Apparantly if something goes wrong they cut back to the reception desk or whatever the police lingo is with her who used to be in Brookside, so that's something to watch out for
And to see if they get their lines right, put subtitles on!
