Re Ben Roberts, isn't his real life wife ex Central continuity announcer Helen Lloyd?

Anyone know if Lisa Geoghan(Polly Page) is still acting, as I don't recall seeing her in anything since she left?

(I suspect she might have had another child since, but as her husband worked for the Post Office ISTR & considering what's happening there currently, I wonder whether there might be developments sooner or later?)

She retired from acting to look after her children.

I miss her though. Sad

Ditto.

Wonder how many of the previous regular cast are still working?

I'm interested in Samantha Robson(Vicky Hagen) & Nula Conwell(Viv Martella).

Anyone remember WPC Brind, from the early half hour episodes? Her most notable scene(her last?) was at Yorkie Smith's leaving party, disguised as an 'grateful OAP' who revealed herself in a stripper style outfit! You know the sort of thing, basques, suspenders, those long black gloves!)

(Might be a bit before your time, young Michael !)

I think the last time I watched the show was around the time of the foreign(German?) episodes!

I wonder what's happened to Andrew "PC Quinnan" Paul since the demise of Where The Heart Is?

Myfanwy Waring had a semi-regular role on Doctors recently as Cerys (Jimmy's radio producer): On TB she was PC Johanssen between 2004-2006-- she used to annoy Insp Gold a lot!

I want to know where Scott Neal (PC Luke Ashton) went. I thought it was weird watching the storyline where Dave (Andrew Paul) got stabbed and he (Ashton) had his hair spiked up and it just made him look about 12 (gotta love the 90's).

Jo's changing to Uniform??

Obviously on promotion to Sergeant, as she's currently a DC.
I thought you have to be uniform then be promoted to non-uniform (office) but all looks very interesting... I wonder if any other cast members will also become uniform (from office)... CID is it... sorry don't know the job roles, only watch on occasion.

Well, unfortunately, that's the way the wind is blowing. Decent actors get kicked out from something that made them household names.

Indeed so, there was a lovely interview with Graham Cole on Loose Women today: He and Lisa Maxwell having a trip down memory lane! It was very interesting about how much researched the role, and I am pleased to say he's well liked by the real police-- they even gave him a proper award!
